I had high hopes about the new deck but we just had a terrible experience. When we parked their signs were down, but at least we were able to park. When we tried to leave at midnight, the gates were down and no one could leave. We were stuck for some time, and then it took forever to get out because the systems were down and they couldn’t check anyone out. When we finally got to a person, we discovered we had unknowingly parked in the daily section and paid well over double what we expected. This section was not clearly marked (perhaps because the signs were down). They still have a lot of work to do and the system was not well designed.

Without exception the employees we interacted with were the most friendly & helpful of any airports I've ever encountered. Hats of to those employees & the people who hired them. Special thanks to the agent at the Delta reception. How ever the bad part was trying to get from the international side to the Domestic side of the airport to continue our journey to continue or travels. The bus must have taken 20 minutes which would easily cause passengers to miss their flights.

I was in the regular check in line and I have tsa precheck. I told them that and it was on my ticket. They said it didn't show up when I put my driver's license in. They need to be train on how tsa precheck work. My drivers license doesn't have my precheck KTN number and that its on your boarding pass.

My flight was cancelled but I'm a very understanding person. I had to get a hotel at almost 3 AM and had to be up at 5 to return to the airport. When I got to the airport a woman who worked at TSA was publicly shaming me for moving sluggishly and for accidentally getting in another man's way. I'm experiencing medical issues that makes my movements sluggish and same with my thoughts so I genuinely didn't mean to be in anyone's way. I'm sure lack of sleep was also a factor in my movements. I was so embarrassed and humiliated by her publicly making remarks about not paying attention that I couldn't speak and my eyes started to water. I'm a frequent flyer who has had to fly for my military family and even funerals. I don't recommend this airport for anyone going through a difficult time or anyone who wants to be treated half way decent. The staff working the McDonald's there was very friendly and it's the only reason I gave this review a star. Fast food workers treated me better than the rest of the staff at the airport.

Escalator stopped working, almost had a heart attack having to walk up the steps, womens bath room attendant was yelling sounded like a boot camp sergeant, talked to two personal for help very snippy.

Terrible everything, charging stations do not work. Workers are rude.

I just don't understand?! Life is so difficult it's not working?

Though the wait times were not too long both arriving and departure as confusing as ive ever been and the people i asked for help were all nasty i was surprised. just expected more since Laguardia workers had been so nice. .
