Do not buy from this company. I ordered a youth jersey on November 22 ,2024, as a Christmas present. When it had not arrrived by Christmas,I tried to cancel the order which they would not do. It arrived January 4 20259 (6 weeks later). The company refused to take it back,saying it was a special order. It was NOT a special order. I ordered a Travis Hunter jersey which is how it was advertised. I was I could have a 20%partial refund..DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

NEVER ORDER HERE!!!
Placed the order on 12/11 - shipped 12/23 - sat in Jamaica NY saying "awaiting transfer to USPS" until i emailed customer service on 1/13 Customer service responded on 1/14 saying it was MIRACULOUSLY now at LA Distribution center with ETA of 1-3 days AFTER USPS received tracking How did it go from being in NY on 12/23 to LA on 1/13 - and I live in PA???

DO NOT order from this company
DO NOT order from this company, if I could give it 0 stars I would. I placed an order December 9th, it’s now January 7th and still no package. Their customer service is horrible and when they do respond, they can’t seem to give a honest response.

Company is a Sham, fraud, does not exist
No response after order. Payment went through paypal and there is no company called AthenaStyle. Contacted the building at their address. No company listed in directory. This is a complete fraud.

SCAM! Never received item
I ordered a jersey before thanksgiving and it’s Jan 1st and I still have not received the item. Customer service will only send updates and not take responsibility to send a new jersey or issue a refund.

Just Don’t…
Edited: I received my order a few weeks into the new year and (surprisingly) the quality was great. However, it does not change the fact that I received zero communication from the company during the purchase even when I said I’d pay more for shipping. Even when I asked about the status; nothing. Doesn’t lead to confidence in a company when shopping. Bottom line, I’ll add two more stars as the quality was good but the service left quite a bit to be desired. Haven’t received my item yet and it’s been 4 weeks. I should have known better and researched before I bought from here (so if you’re seeing this before purchasing—good for you but DON’T BUY IT HERE!), however I didn’t. Now it’s Dec. 24th and my package has been sitting at the same location in my state for 10+ days. Oh but wait, USPS is still WAITING for said package so no hope of it arriving for Christmas for my 10 year old nephew (personalized Illini jersey). Sad. As it wasn’t cheap and I was more than happy to pay the price for a great, personalized item. I’m betting that if I ever receive it, the quality will be subpar at best. I will update (if I ever receive it) on the quality. I have also sent three emails to customer support and have received ZERO replies. Glad I paid with PayPal so I can file a claim if necessary.

As noted in our holiday notice, orders placed after December 5—especially custom name and number jerseys—may not arrive by Christmas due to high order volumes and shipping delays beyond our control. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Oh my god, they suck! I still haven’t gotten my order. I think they’re just stealing our money. It’s been 6 weeks and NOTHING! I hate these guys! The only way I could write this is I had to give them a star. If I could give negatives like 💩 or 🚽 I would.
