The original jersey was mistakenly sent in the wrong size, and we sincerely apologized for that error. To make things right, we allowed the original jersey to be kept at no cost and shipped a replacement free of charge. Before sending the replacement, our support team discussed sizing with you multiple times and recommended a Medium based on the information provided. After confirming your preferred size, we shipped the replacement according to your instructions. We understand that sizing can be frustrating, and we're sorry that neither jersey ended up fitting the way you hoped. However, our team has consistently tried to assist throughout the process and provide solutions beyond our standard policy. Regarding the jersey number, our production team custom-makes each item exactly according to the information submitted at checkout. The order details show the number entered as “-4”, and because all custom orders are produced as requested, we were unable to alter this once production began. For shipping, our stated delivery estimate is 19–24 days after production. During peak holiday season, custom processing and carrier delays can occasionally extend timelines, which is what unfortunately happened in this case.
