Great customer service - I had an issue with sizing and they were very prompt to help me correct that issue. In regards to the product, I tried one of each of the models of boxer briefs. Normally I wear XL but in this brand, XXL fit my thighs better. Personally, I found that the fit was not sufficient for me. If you are well-endowed, I would say these are more snug in that area and for me, not comfortable for all day wear. But the material is very smooth and soft, so I imagine most would find it quite nice. Still worth a 5 star review.

Great product. Customer service is great , I had a minor issue and it was resolved over a weekend pretty easily. They are very responsive to customer needs everything from sizing advice to orders.
