The service is pretty bad. I will go 2 hours without notifications then I'll make a call and all of a sudden I'll get 10 notifications that I shouldve gotten hours ago. The phone is horrible. Extremely laggy and low response. When I'm on the phone people cant hear me unless I hold the phone a certain way. Right now it says i have no service. I cant send texts but i can make calls. I turned wifi on and it then said i had service but i couldnt send texts still and the wifi wouldnt even work. I am switching to safelink wireless in a few days where I can use my own phone. There are literally dozens of issues every day with my phone and service. I guess I should be thankful because it's all free. But I do not recommend

Assurance Wireless has been a nightmare I had to have a phone replaced 4 times due to no mobile data connection and only able to connect to wifi was at my residence or at an open wifi spot. I was given a different excuse each time I called. I was lied to even by a supervisor who claimed he could correct the issue on his end, that didn't happen! then finally I was told the truth that the model I had was bad and that many other similar complaints were made. So I was to receive a replacement, a different model but a week and a half later phone has yet to come after making 3 additional calls where they claimed to have order, reorder and reorder that's it's on it's way. What a bunch of incompetent people!

Assurance wireless is only getting worse. Don’t count on it being a lifeline if your life depends on it! My old phone had working data but would freeze a lot so they send me the “Wiko U307AS” that has no working data but They keep telling me I have 6GB available that is just sitting there, I get this error message (network rejection cause— unable to establish a wireless data connection/) I did replace the phone with the same model same problem still exists, what’s frustrating is I know the tower is fine because my old phone had working data! I have reset the Wiko phone to factory settings multiple times and followed all the directions with no remedy. Don’t believe when they say things should get back to normal within 72 hours or give us a call in 3 to 5 days if the service has not returned. I guess all the cell towers are getting upgraded simultaneously Because I traveled outside my city and still no data. Don’t believe them when they say they are upgrading or Service is down because of The T-Mobile merge. I understand things being down due to a storm/earthquake but Upgrading for over two weeks in my area is hard to believe, Upgrades are usually seamless so people don’t lose service. Somebody is getting paid a lot of money for a government contract with very poor/dishonest service that is supplying people with a broken lifeline! I did figured it out on my own, just just go to your phones keypad and dial ##72786# it worked for me!

I signed up with this company i only had the phone for 1week couldn't get mobile data connection so I kept trying till I had it I called and called they said they are upgrading but still they haven't finished the upgrade. I didn't get a weeks service the replacement had the same rejection error. I am lot happier with truconnect now

BAD!!!! My assurance Wireless phone seting it up was so hard. The customer service of asurance was hard to understand the props and you pressed buttons of the new phone and if you did it wrong, the phone entirely blocks you out.. ( No matter what the customer service reps says they can do )...nothing can fix it.. Your dead in the water " until they re-send you another!!! Find another service cause, you go round and round with more "BLOCKED Phones" you recieve from them when settings each one up... I have gone through 3 phones.. WOW

Assurance wireless management is taking advantage of disable and sick people ,acting In a very abusive way and hurting them rather then helping them , a serious investigation become very necessarily to treat people fairly and punish those misusing law and causing serious emotional distress to disable and sick people . The silence surounding assurance wireless manag.misconduct and actions should be investigated . Customers reviews is very clear wrongdoing summary of what assurance wireless manag. I was targeted just because I posted a true reviews explained what was happening to me ,and how assurance wireless people used to steal my monthly mn /data , suspended my phone to force me to pay for their service which they allegedly said it free ...now my phone service was suspended....and assurance wireless is asking for money to restore the service .....assurance wireless is targeting those who complained or expressed their rights and posted true bad comments..... Without a serious investigation ,these people will continue to take advantage of poor disable and sick people....

They sell all your information and spam you with fake news and this is the government $9.95 free phone. Worthless company. They make changes to your phone without your permission. And don't count on it ever saving your life there most zero signal in colorado.

Stop before you get this company look else where. These people have a government contact to provide wireless service the date your given them and google use then they charge 5.00 a gb period this is criminal for low income services. The phone can not handle the data processing so it's so slow it is pointless. I do understand it is a free phone and service. If you just call and text that all you need. Want to go on line forget it.
