Tried to scam me out of 10.00 because they made mistake trying to activate.

I WOULDN'T EVEN PUSH THE STAR THAT'S HOW BAD THE SERVICE HAS BEEN!! I DID EVERYTHING YOU TOLD ME TO DO. IF I WERE NOT ACTIVATE. I RESTARTED THE PHONE DID EVERYTHING AGAIN TO ACTIVATE AND I HAD SERVICE FOR ONE DAY! NOW I CALLED EVERY NUMBER THEY GIVE YOU WHEN YOU CALL ASSURANCE.COM OR WHATEVER AND I CAN'T GET A HUMAN BEING AND THEY KEEP REFERRING ME TO THE SAME NUMBERS AND TELL ME THE EXACT SAME THING ON EVERY MOFO NUMBER! THE GOVERNMENT PAYS YOU GUYS GOOD! WHY IS IT SO HARD TO KEEP SERVICE ON??¿NEVER AGAIN! AND I WILL NOT REFER ANYONE TO YOUR SERVICE!!!!

they cant figure anything out. the people handling the calls are trained Dumbots. they cant help anyone. I am in a wheel chair and now havea disability check comeing to me which by the way is small and unbelievable for the work i put into america. but they cant get it together withthe national verifirer. i have been approved and they cant punch in the Q numbers or see anything. they keep making ,me fill out another application for nothing. it s been close to two mointh and no phone, no way to call anyone to get cat or dog food, and they could care less. but yesterday i get the text make sure to use yor ==ur phone once a month to keep service. the computer thinks everything is going great but the 34 emo;oyees and 4 suoervisors cant get it together. i also had ine employee comment when i asjed her name/; she said "my bame is LUCIFER a nd im going to make your life a living hell and cancel your service. i told all 4 suoervisors and nothing has been done. How depressed ive gotten from this situation. its a crying shame

Update on my no longer existing but still very stressful and tiring issue with Assurance Wireless. Today Assurance Wireless was PROVEN to be a deceitful downright lying company. And that's my motivation behind my posts regarding their straight up DISHONEST tactics. Im hoping any and all potential future customers will see how they lie in order to get a customer to spend his/her hard earned money. Now remember. Assurance Wireless said from the beginning the issue wasn't with their network. They told every lie imaginable. All of which I debunked. The lie they clung to the most was, WELL, your phone isn't network unlocked! Which any idiot knows that if it hadn't been, my service with AW wouldn't have worked fine for almost 5 months! Well today I got a new SIM card from a different service provider. Popped it in my phone, which also AW said my phone was defective, and the service works great. EVERYTHING WORKS JUDT FINE! Which is proof positive Assurance Wireless LIED about everything. That's what I hope any and all potential future customers will come to understand. Assurance Wireless will not only not hesitate to, but seem almost eager to lie to their customers. To be deceitful. To, at times, employ tactics that are actually illegal. Don't get wrapped up with these scum buckets.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would! They are completely incompetent! I never deal with such stupid people before. It's the blind leading the blind! I can't believe our gov. Pays these fools. Go elsewhere and hopefully they get shut down... Oh, how much I pray they all lose their job before they add more stress to a person life than helping them.

I had assurance wireless in 2022 these people outside USA still have my personal information shared in new york?🤬 I called them overctge years I get a letter in 2023 Dec saying I'd you want out service you can contact us. I didn't until last year 2025 & 26 both times I applied online: you're already a customer on lifeline with assurance wireless. Screenshot each time I tried to apply . So with this being said USA entities need pay attention to who you shift jobs too instead of your own citizens we know that's why sooo many bad thing happens you 🫵🏾 ppl just corrupt. But here is screenshot of denial calling them is like pulling teeth without 💀anesthesia. All those companies: assurance, air talk, safelink, net 10, straight talk, all mixed up on T-mobile offshore(not USA) network or verizon greedy corrupt network. This is my personal experience with some of the. Assurance wireless 🫵🏾 you better watch your info because they do share and sell 🫵🏾 info for money .wow piracy is a crime.

IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO I WOULD. I CANCELLED MY SERVICE AND THE PHONE THAT WAS ORDERED FROM SHOPQ1 A WEEK AGO! THEY HAVE NOW SHIPPED THE PHONE AND TRYING TO DEDUCT THE AMOUNT OUT OF MY CHECKING. NO HELP FROM ASSURANCE WIRELESS, EVEN THOUGH THE ARE PARTNERS WITH SHOPQ1. SHOPQ1 NEVER RESPONDS IN ANY WAY. THIS IS A BIG TIME SCAM!!
