This is the worst phone company to have. The need to lose their contract. They lie & give you incorrect information. They want you to pay to add minutes to use phone. They give you the basic plan & lie & say it's unlimited, until the phone goes off. The service takes 7-10 days to switch once you enroll in unlimited. Then while waiting for the mistakes they made. They tell you to pay 10$ to use phone or wait until your new cycle begin . They hang up on you when you call. They don't speak good English nor understand good English.This service is ULTIMATE TRASH. Do not use them.

The customer service at Assurance Wireless is an absolute joke. They outsource their support so on top of a language barrier, they hire inept employees who just hang up on you if you don't ask a scripted question. And then they try to handle your concerns, they'll tell you things that are untrue like "your phone is on the way" but then say that a phone was never shipped (this happened to me TWICE by the way).

Want to get customer service reps who can't speak or understand English? Then you've come to the right company! Been on the phone for over an hour trying to get call forwarding working, one of the basic functions of cell phones. The first rep had no idea what I was talking about, the 2nd rep didn't know what call forwarding even was. Corporate America in general thinks they're saving money by setting up call centers in the Philippines. The reality is they're frustrating customers who usually get reps whom can't understand half of what you're saying and you can't understand half of what they're saying. My call forwarding STILL isn't working. These reps are obviously trained to thwart requests to be transferred to a supervisor or just to customer service in the US, which I have a feeling doesn't even exist. Their phones are also the cheapest pieces of China made no-name nearly useless crap to boot! On my 3rd one in a year now. A big one finger salute to Assurance Wireless.

I've had assurance wireless for over a year I received an email and letter in the mail saying As a thank you, and to show you how much we value you, we would like to upgrade your phone, for free. We’re offering you a Artia I called March 13 at 3pm the woman set me up for my new free upgrade phone is Going to be sent to me. I was on the phone with her for over 1 HOUR! I still have not received that and that was over a month ago. I called them again April 18 at 9am this person told me that there was no request for a replacement & New the offer has expired. This is not right to offer somebody a new phone call and talk on the phone for an hour. Why being sick to get told it would be sent?. Now they expect me to pay for a different phone because my initial phone they gave me is messing up.

Thieves. DO NOT USE. They do not send phone, they hang up you on the phone, they use all overseas employees who ignore your requests. THEY ARE THIEVES. A TOTAL SCAM. THEY ARE DISGUSTING. DO NOT USE. They are robbong the old daily.

If I could give it negative stars I would!!!! Been waiting since February 4 to get enrolled in the ACP program. Six applications and a zillion lies later, I've just been told that I should fill out another (!!!!!) application!!!!!. This company does not FIX problems. It just tries to LIE them away m

When I called to verify something, my phone got shut off, just because he thought it was a funny thing to do to me, There was absolutely no reason for it to have happened, I talked to 3 other people afterwards but NOOOOO one seen a problem and there was NOOOOO way to report them. and NOOOOO supervisor to be connected to, or they are to busy... Assurance Wireless used to be a good place NOT anymore. I then got a phone call 15 min later, which I think it was someone pretending to be a supervisor.

I have been a "valued customer" for about 3 years. In fact, I received a phone after my second year for being so valued. I have not previously requested a replacement and was floored when they told.me I would have to purchase a new phone. Umm, hello!! I'm on lifeline for a reason!! Well, a few days later, I received a letter stating that congratulations your new phone will arrive in 3 to 5 business days that was the 31st of march. I called Friday and the little girl told me oh you will receive your phone Monday for sure and I will call you back with a tracking number. Of course, I didn't hear back so I waited until today, the day after I'm supposed to receive my free phone and of course I make a phone call. And guess what? They have not even sent the phone so now it's going to be 3 to 5 business days I promise you ma'am stay on the line and give me a good review. Are you serious? I fell for that Friday and gave that little girl an outstanding review and still no phone. So, you give me a reason to give you a good review and I will I just hung up on the survey a while ago but I do remember Andrea's name and if she pulls through I will give her a good review thank you. As of right now? I have no faith. And I have several dates of experience March 31st April 15th April 18th.
