I just got off the phone with assurance wireless speaking to Glenda one of the service customer service agents first of all I want to say Glenda was phenomenal she's a great employee great customer service I mean I haven't had that quality of customer service from anybody in a long time five stars for assurance wireless this is Desi Sarran

We have had the same phone since the start. It's small and compact, no spam, no fraud, great service. Has always worked great for us. Customer service Reps are awesome. NO waiting, always polite and professional. I recommend Assurance Wireless. 10 years with the same phone without a problem one. Doesn't get any better than this. Thank you Assurance Wireless. Everything works great. I'm happy with the phone they sent me. I ported my old number. It took longer than I expected but after a few days it was fine. Each time I called customer service I got a live, helpful person. I see all the negative reviews and think maybe for once in my life I got lucky. The phone and service has been great so far. No, I don't work for them.
