I’ve been really impressed with Ethos. The quality of the projects is excellent, the communication throughout is clear and consistent, and they really do deliver on what they promise. Ethos connects people with real-world expertise to AI research and evaluation projects, and I’ve really enjoyed being part of that process. The work is interesting and varied. Everything is well organised, communication is good, and they are consistent with payments. It’s refreshing to work with a platform that values expertise and treats its contributors so well.

Overall great, the process, the support, the tools are all good. If anything I would ask that we keep working on the actual work process. It’s very hit and miss and very figure it out on your own or keep coming to the Office hours every other week.

Payment was on time, although you'd expect much more commitment, but you get paid for every minute

The onboarding and communication was clear.

The training you get during onboarding was helpful in not only carrying out your tasks but also in general, because you learn to differentiate between good writing and AI slop. Also pay for hours work is good and paid on time.

The team is organized and addresses issues efficiently. They also keep improving the platform's user experience.
