I’ve had a positive experience working with the company as a contractor. They make an effort to support us and provide clear guidance, even when information from clients is limited. Work is reviewed promptly, payments are always on time, and I appreciate that they listen to feedback and act on it. One area for improvement is the predictability of available work. Some days there is plenty, while other days there is none, which can make planning difficult. Having a clearer idea of work availability and the time needed to complete assignments would help contractors manage their schedules. Overall, I appreciate the company’s care, reliability, and willingness to improve.

Ethos does a great job with the parts of the process they controls. The tool are easy to use, payments are prompt. Feedback was fair. Ethos does not control the inflow of the work into the program, there is sometimes no work available for a day or few, or the wait time is excessive, but that is is not in their control. Great side hustle!

I am working with Ethos for more than 2 months already and I am impressed by their professionalism, quality of projects and team support.

Onboarding experience was smooth and very informative which helped me prepare for the work I was to undertake. Work is available in batches with a queue system in place so you have an idea of when you can start a task. Sometimes I haven't been able to enter the queue due to it being full and so have had no work some days which is frustrating. Payment is very quick at the end of each month. There is an FAQ section in the portal which answers most of the questions that come up. Overall, I enjoy working on a variety of different tasks.
