Ethos has created an environment where humans and the development of AI can make significant progress together. I love being able to contribute to work that I feel is meaningful for the future of technology. Getting paid to train and audit AI outputs and reasoning is an added bonus on top of it all. They pay their people fairly, on time, and the application is very easy to use. They also provide office hours daily and are very attentive to answer questions for their consultants.

The experience of working on RLHF type of work where my feedback and justification will help shape the future results and output from LLMs was great. Initially when I was new to this type of work, I was sceptical about Ethos as in whether they will pay me for the work and whether is it a fraud company. But to my pleasant surprise the company is genuine and looks ethical in disbursing the payments efficiently. The Slack communications are very helpful. The training provided in the beginning was super useful. And the easy to navigate and no nonsense Ethos portal makes it a pleasant experience.

Had an amazing experience with the Ethos recruitment process end-to-end. The process is well-constructed, and the team keeps supporting you along the way with onboarding conferences, training workshops and great communication in general. Another excellent point about it is the transparency with regards to payment terms, rates and on-time payments. I highly recommend it to all experts looking for a new project, and to make a positive impact on the future of humanity. :)

The activities and screening were very helpful in teaching me the input you were looking for across all the domains on the artifacts. As I completed each one, I gained more confidence in the feedback I was providing.

I like the system, the training sessions to enhance our know how to do our job better and the Ethos Team’s attitude. When there is a system issue it takes long to solve this I want to work more with this company but issue resolution should be better.
