AskavetonlineReviews of askavetonline.com

I contacted Askavetonline one time and got some good advice for an emergency situation and was charged $43.00. I paid with a credit card. The following month I received another $43.00 charge that I never authorized. My bank picked up the fraudulent charge and notified me and canceled the card. Do not use this service!

Beware of this service! It was only supposed to charge $5.00 for a 4 minute call. They creeped back in and charged $65.00, tried to dispute the charge and no phone number, tried to contact them through the website and no answer. I believe they work from a foreign Country because the person we talked too could barley speak English.

First of all they advertise that a specific question can be answered for $5.00 so I made the call and gave them my credit card for payment of $5.00. When I received my credit card bill I noticed another charge from this rip off company for $65.00 and set up for recurring! These details were not explained to me what so ever that I would be charged again for a $5.00 question which by the way I was givin incorrect information! If I could give this company the correct rating it would be a negative 5. Don't waste your valuable time and money on this fraudulent outfit and call a real vet who's honest and trustworthy!

Fraudulent & a total scam! They fraudulently signed me up for a recurring monthly charge, despite the fact that they are located in the US and they cannot provide the service here in Ireland.

The advice was good, but they asked for a $5.00 payment, and then set up a $55.00 monthly autopay. Very difficult to cancel.

I paid a 5.00 fee over a year ago to ask a question on the weekend. Now all this time later, I have been billed three times in three months 55.00. I tried to call and report that someone was using my debit card on their website but could never talk to a person. They just wanted me to pay again on line😳 Now after reading other reviews I think i am not the only one being charged 55.00 a month for nothing. Please don’t use this site or dare put your debit or credit card on this site!!!!!

They promised me a refund of $85.00. If they do, I'll change my rating.

I used this service when my dog ingested something that could harm her. I was advised to take her to emergency care (which I did). They claimed I had to sign up for their program ( which I did) but cancelled within the month. I just found out that they have been charged each month since then. When I called them they said I never cancelled. I immediately did that and they said they would send me a noticed that I canceled. I am still waiting for them to post it. Please tell any of your animal lovers NEVER USE THEM!
