SCAM ALERT !!!!SCAM ALERT !!!!!! I was charged and never asked a question. They keep trying to charge my account over and over again. It's a SCAM people don't trust ask a vet online. They tell me to go to my account and cancel the membership and I don't even have an account so how is that. I had to block them from my bank because they continuously keep trying to charge my account SCAM SCAM

DO NOT USE! They have told me now 4 times that my subscription was canceled and they keep trying to charge my card. I paid the $5 to have a vet tell me I need to bring my cat to a vet...that was my stupidity to think I could get a real answer online, but I canceled the subscription and every week they try charging me $37. I chatted online with someone this evening who now sent me an email and states it's canceled. Let's see if that makes a difference.

Cloaking and similar tactics. This is Black Hat SEO and violate search engine guidelines. They are Crooks!

I tried to cancel the subscription, I had it confirmed that it was cancelled. The next month money still came out. I made another inquiry and they wanted me to pay to have a technician look at the solution. The only way to have payments stop was to cancel my card. Would not use them!!!!

Had a question about poisonous plants with dog one day when i couldnt get into my vet, Now getting charged $35 every month. Total scam!

I connected with Askavetonline on 3/13/25 seeking advice about my cat who had been injured. They gave good advice, and the fee of $44 was reasonable to me. The problem is that today, nearly one month later, they attempted to use my credit card again in the amount of $39. I have had no contact with them since 3/13/25. My credit card company was the one who notified me about the attempted charge today and they helped me lock my card so that no further attempts can be made.
