I really struggle with my IT literacy…
I really struggle with my IT literacy so I also find it very hard to know just what questions to ask when I am having difficulties. I described my difficulties to the first responder who then asked a couple of technical questions which I could not answer. But tht was ok. I was not patronised and i was reassured that I would be linked with an "expert" as soon as possible. It did not take long before I was inked with Brian, who made a suggestion in very clear English while also using the IT jargon. It was not patronising. He made it sound simple and it worked. It took a while and Brian checked back with me while I was waiting for the procedure to progress. He reassured me throughout that I could continue to contact him if his suggestion did not work or if it presented other difficulties.

Even though I didn’t get the outcome I had hoped for concerning my issue, I was contacted by a technician in a very expeditious manner and I was provided with the required information needed to resolve my issue.

Help I couldn't find anywhere else worked.
After watching several Youtube videos, reading different posts, and trying different things, I decided to give this site out of frustration more than anything. The gentleman I spoke with (by phone) went over the different things I'd tried and made a suggestion that no one else (Youtube or posts) had given. After following the directions, all went well. The money spent was well worth it.
