I had created a Gordian Knot of misplaced and crossed-up programming that just got worse when I tried to fix it. Fortunately, I got Mian-Wisal Ahmad, a VERY patient man, who finally got all the information out of me and spent a long time finding, fixing and reinstalling. Miracles do happen. My programs work perfectly now. I even questioned the membership requirement (after I'd agreed to it) and *poof* that went away too. he whole thing was fun to watch and the results areas advertised. I'm impressed. Thank you!!!

I was not aware that it would cost me $35 when it states 5 refundable not 30 I am on a limited income . The tech did not seem to know how to fix a simple problem. I went to you tube and got my problem solved in 5 min. So now I am out $30 that I can not afford.
