It's fixed!!!!

It took a while, But I finally got the screen to fix its font size from 1+ inches per character to normal size. The suggestion to “triple tap” the screen twice was eventually the correct solution but it took 10 consecutive taps, Not 3. I spent a long time trying to fix the issue, so kudos to you and your team for figuring it out. I still don’t know how it happened but I’m much wiser now.

My problem was that an Adware popped up on my laptop and said to call Apple support at a number to resolve the problem but I didn't want to give out any info. So, I went to my cell phone and looked up Apple support # which was a different #. Scary, identity thefts nowadays and this seemed 'REAL'. So, I think your person on chat talked me thru my situation.
