Fraud
From your site,(Pay Pal) you asked me to pay $1 to answer my query which I did. But another $55 was debited from my card without my authorisation. Kindly reverse the debit as I don't expect fraud from the Google site

The prompt response and problem solved!
The prompt response with clear communications. Austin was succinct in each step. The "great" aspect of the service is the product for which I sought help is now functioning properly in just about 30 minutes. I will recommend this service to friends, and I will use the service again when needed
