After I spoke with technician and he told me what to do. I wasn't able to do it while he was on phone because I had to go on step stool to reach power cord to take it out. After I finished I went on step stool and tried again and I was able to do it and I have my UTUBE working again. I'm 83 yrs old, so it was a little problem for me trying to do it as the same time as talking to him. But it worked and I'm very great full for the help That I received. Thank you

The professional I spoke with was awesome. He cleared up my issue and was very polite and friendly. The one issue I do have with the service is that it said it was $1 and it ended up being $47/mo. Now I have to cancel the service.
