I was not informed when I called with one question to an "expert" that I was signing up for life, with $66 Cd charged to my credit card every month. Trying to get this cancelled has been a nightmare. What I have been directed to is a form to "fill in my details", for a "one-time price" of $2 USD. Even cancelling my credit card has not worked as I am still being charged. BUYER BEWARE!!

Great friendly and helpful service, finally managed to sort out my problem.

Nathan was extremely knowledgeable. He asked me to describe what was on my screen and immediately felt it was a problem on my TV rather than Roku. So he told me what to do and he fixed the problem. It was with the TV. He explained things really well so that a person with not a lot of understanding of how things work can readily understand. He's really good. The person that hired him did really god!
