I was on the Puritan's Pride Vitamins site trying to get a refund for a product they charged me for that they no longer carried. I thought the form I was filling in was part of the Puritan's Pride site. It just popped up while I was still in their site, so I filled in my information, including my credit card number, but then I logged out of the site before it even opened. I immediately received a notification from my credit card that I had been charged $55 plus another $1 charge. I tried for an hour to address this issue and got nowhere. Why is your form popping up while I'm in a different site? I had to cancel my credit card, and my credit card company is disputing the charge because it is a scam.

I NEVER AGREED TO PAY 55 DOLLARS PER MONTH. I AGREED TO JOIN FOR ONE DOLLAR. NO WHERE DID IT SAY I WAS AGREEING TO A RECURRIING CHARGE OF 55 DOLLARS PER MONTH. THE EXPERT DID NOT EVEN PROVIDE A HELPFUL SOLUTION. YOU ARE A SCAM.

He gave me the parts needed and provided me with instructions on how to replace. Kind of a DIY project. He was nice and had a knowledge of the appliance and how to repair it.
