I was on the Garmin website to seek Tech Help for a Brand New Garmin GPS. While using the garmin Chat feature, they provided a link, FOR $1.00, to askanexpertonline. I was ok paying $1.00. As soon as I entered my Credit Card #, up pops a charge for $55.00. I Immediately contacted my credit card company and DID NOT respond to askanexpertonline.com and their Chat Messages or numerous emails. I NEVER Utilized their service. Not Only was I charged the initial $55.00, a month later I was charged Another $55.00 Recurring Monthly Charge for a Service I NEVER UTILIZED. Absolute SCAM. And their Customer Service Refused to Refund Charges, even when I stated I did Not utilize their services once. SCAM ALERT!!!!!!

I was glad when I finally got a person to talk to at and when I did, they helped me very much. I was glad for their help everything is fixed however, it’s so annoying when all I can get is a machine and it doesn’t either understand me or doesn’t get me to a person it took me an hour to get to talk to somebody.
