Paypal's system for handling this was a…
Paypal's system for handling this was a bit disconcerting but your Technician was very helpful and patient. I subsequently learned I was tricked. They wanted my credit card info for a $1.00 refundable fee but also charged me $55.00. No where was this fee mentioned to me. I will be filing a dispute. I will also be closing out my PayPal account if this is the type of customer service they provide.
