Yes I would like to tell you my experience was wonderful. Jason was excellent at helping me I am an 85-year-old granny and not good with pewter Tech stuff and I did lose my connection I disconnected it on accident. And yet Jason found a way to help me. He gave me some nice tips I can do to help the performance of my computer. And he made sure I received those instructions he went to a lot of extra effort to make sure I got them in an email. I am very grateful for his service. And he is a good employee for your company and deserves to have you know that he is representing your company will. Again I so appreciated all of his help
