The help I received was excellent. The expert was very patient. He was very clear on the questions he asked and the steps of getting my problem solved. I am not very knowledgeable about many aspects of my computer, but he did not make me feel stupid.

My initial answer from Anirban did not fix my problem. He was very courteous and professional but in the end he could only advise to do what I was already doing. My second encounter was much better. I received the refund I requested and it was handled promptly and professionally.
