the person helped me remain calm as i was very nervous about not being able to finish daily recording for work. he was patient, knowledgeable, kind and understood my dilemma. did not stop helping me until i understood how to remedy the problem. went over it several times so that i would be able to work with his instructions on my own. thank you Wilson.
