I had a extremely confusing issue with my scanner, and had wasted almost an hour trying to figure it out. Then I called epson, and that led me to connecting my phone was a technician. He was very patient and very knowledgeable and fix the problem. He actually saved my tail, because I had to deliver that scan yesterday afternoon and it was a very important delivery to make on time.
