Great experience. Very knowledgeable and handled my problem in a timely manner.

The instructions were clear and it worked right away to set up my new Samsung cloning the Pixel. But I wasted time before calling, trying to do it myself. The only thing to know was to download the "Samsung Smart Switch" app on both phones. It should have been available with the phone (web instructions just said to download a "switch app" and there were several).

Quick, easy and knew exactly what needed to be done.

I'm very frustrated because I feel like I wasted my time and money. I waited over 15 minutes for assistance, and in the end, I received no real help. The support agent simply directed me to a site I was already familiar with and provided contact information I already had.

The experience was good, because I didn’t get hung up on. I did wait a long time to talk to someone, but I understand that. He was very nice and helpful, as was the person helping me get to him. This certainly a very long process, the phone call was an unnecessary step. He gave me a phone number to call that I should have been able to get from my chat person,so many steps to get a refund. I do better to remember to take out the store warranty
