End of 3 day ordeal...
I had wasted 3 days trying to resolve a problem with a refrigerator not cooling. Couldn't get a tech out for 2 weeks. Didn’t want to spend 2k-3k for a new appliance. Already moved most items to smaller refrigerator in garage and read owner manual... twice. After clarification of issue and short discussion, was advised what to do. Fix was immediate. (Now waiting for sufficient cool down to move food back from garage.) So easy, so immediate. Done and I'm back in business. Timeliness, assessment and advice was well worth the small expense compared to other options.
