The technician was very clear in his solution to my problem.

Requested advice to repair my boats Thetford cassette toilet and paid £1 for initial contact, it quickly became apparent that I was talking to a printer expert, I requested to close the dialogue and did not receive any advice. Total cost £35. Without any further contact or permission they have deducted a further £35 a month later.

Response easily facilitated

Jacob was an immense help to justify my concerns and answer my questions. He gave me the phone number that I have to call to complete my application. The problem now is getting through to the people to help me. My calls are not answered and I can't even hold or leave a message. Very very frustrating

They answered all of my questions. They gave me alot of information. Which was very important to me. They were also nice and fast.

I anticipated that I would have to hire someone to come to my house to install a new panel or something and William Island gave me excellent advice on how to potentially fix the problem by myself. I still have to try the suggestions, but they sound very likely to work for me. William even followed up by texting the chat information to me.

AmitJTech was awesome! He was very patient with me and explain each step so simply I could follow what he wanted me to do. He encourage me to ask questions that really put me at ease. I will ask for him everytime he was so fantastic!
