The customer rep Rashid helped immensely. He fixed my problem and gave me a backup solution if needed. Thank you.

I had asked 1 question for the $5 fee and now they tell me I have signed up for a 24 month service @$40 per month. I called the company to ask them to remove me from their service and they wanted to charge me a $40 cancellation fee. They are listed as being in FL but my guess is it goes to an offshore call center. BEWARE!
