My printer problem involving the printer spooler on my computer was resolved, but it took a while.

I received help with one phone call and MehulR guided me clearly and effectively to a resolution. The help I received was appreciated. I do want to give a warning. Read everything very carefully. What I thought was a $5.00 charge for one help session, became a $48.00 a month subscription. That has now been cancelled but the initial $48.00 is NOT being refunded, well, actually, $43.00. So READ EVERY WORD VERY CAREFULLY.
