Contact was timely, technician was knowledgeable and pleasant. WARNING: The article I read from the company had a link that I thought was to the company, and the cost was $5.00 refundable. The link was to just answer, I used the chat to explain the problem I was researching and then was told a tech would call me, which he did. Unbeknownst to me, instead of being charged $5.00 I was charged $48. I only knew this because I get a text when there is a new charge on the account. I immediately went to the site and found I was charged for a month subscription! I cancelled it on line, then called just answer customer service. Though customer service only had bot answers I was told they would make a 1 time exception and credit my account. Apparently this is common, a set up.
