He was great in explaining everything I needed

I have no complaints with Marc answered all my questions and was very nice. My complaint is the chat bot for Vissani, it sent me to the wrong place. Plus it said that the charge was only going to be $5 to talk to this person only to find out that they weren't the right person and couldn't be sent to my house to help me with my problem. I got charged $33 for just simply talking with Mark, I'm sure he's worth it, but it didn't help me out in the situation and especially when it wasn't clear, he wasn't really the right person to have been sent to.

I contacted just asked about problems with my Kindle. the technician was very helpful. I know I couldn't have done it by myself. I don't know if I'd recommend it to anyone. I think $75 a month is a little excessive.

Just wanted a simple answer and it was gonna cost. Why does everything have to cost? I’m on a budget here.
