Waste of money (I could have found the "answer" given with a simple Google search) and I was "automatically" enrolled in a monthly subscription of $55. I managed to get the account cancelled but they refused to refund the $55 charge. Clearly a SCAM.

Brother Printers really need better retail support and representation from electronic stores in Nelson New Zealand . Poor choice of laser printers . One of largest stores had switched entirely to ink jet models while another had discontinued the previously common laser printer long before warranty expired leaving me with 2 useless $100 toner cartridges . Eventually obtained help and expertise on line including the model I was looking for ..

Tyler is an excellent technician. Assisted me with my stolen tablet. Gave information that is helpful to solve this issue and future issues.
