The experience with the computer tech was wonderful, there were no problems at all, and he was able to help me with my concern about a text being Spam rather than truthful. The only thing I was unhappy with was that I saw two charges put on my bank account, one for five dollars for the use of the service which I expected, and then a second charge of $65 for what I found out was something about membership. I did not wanted a membership I did not want to be charged $65 and so I had to complain to customer service and I still don’t know if it’s been credited to my account yet.

Joe has been super patient and helpful walking me through the steps to problem solve my issues with my solar controller! I know nothing ( or knew nothing)about my solar system my deceased husband installed. Very grateful for the help!
