Techs very helpful & patient

The help was thoughtful but none of the fixes worked for my problem of not being able to heat yup to 400 degrees. So there is an inherent problem in the 2 bay air fryer in that you cannot see any of the symbols in the top row or any of the functions in the 3 rd row without the piece of plastic being on the top of the screen. Even the buttons in the middle row that are not on when you r looking are not visible at all so you cannot select them!!!!!

Dennis N. was very helpful and courteous. I learned a few things about my TV and my internet connection that I was unclear about before. And while Dennis didn’t solve the problems with my apps not working on my television I found the entire conversation useful and enjoyable.

My technician, Cris was very patient and knowledgeable. Cris had a very pleasant demeaner and was very patient with me to resolve my issue.

This was the best techinican I had to help me.VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE!

Even tho my problem was solved, he gave me information on getting the company to replace my item even tho I failed to buy the warranty. I guess you get what you pay for...
