The help I received was Very Helpful. I am disappointed that I was mislead about the fee. I was lead to believe that the fee was $5.00. I see that my credit card was charged $70.00. The amount MAY have been indicated somewhere, but, the only fee I saw was $5.00.

Tyler really know his stuff. He and I came up with many different ways of determining how to solve the ink problem but printer experts will have to take a look to see what the two of us could not see. Tyler and I took turns looking at obvious things and trying some means beyond the ordinary. When new ink did not fix the ink problem I knew it was something a printer specialist was needed.
