You could tell by his questions that Dino was an expert at what he was doing. He gave me extra information about talking with the repair people that are eventually going to come. Any helpful gave me the number of the GE warranty division. Plus he had a nice personality.

The tech who assisted me with the issue I was excellent - professional and helped me solve the issue I was having. Excellent customer service.

Anas helped me with so many videos to show me ways to get the problem resolved. When my phone would not correct, he told me to go to Apple store tomorrow and get it fixed in person there. He is such a kind and very knowledgable tech and I was so happy with his kindness and his smarts!!!
