Turns out it was an easy fix to get my Brother multi-function printer going. Assuming the parts I've ordered do the job, he was very helpful, very quickly.

Told me they needed my debit card for a $5 fee. I checked my account and there is a $60 charge to give me 2 phone numbers to call someone local. This service is a scam not a help!

$5 scammed, couldn't tell me what I didn't already know and immediately charged me an additional $65 dollars a month that is impossible to cancel. I never agreed to subscription. It is somewhere in the fine print....

The only thing that shocked me was, I was not aware that you had to pay for it. I don’t even know what I paid for one question or what’s my time period for my payment?
