Todd was very patient. He didn’t make me feel at all stupid if I couldn’t figure out what he was telling me to do. He seemed to know exactly what I was looking at on my remote and what I needed to do next. He was extremely kind. He’s a keeper!!

I was happy with the quick responses from Pearl Bot. And I was impressed with how the Pearl Bot had clearly knowledgeable responses and quite quickly got to the problem at hand. I was equally impressed with Rollan, the technician and the quick response time to call me. He was very professional, courteous, and methodical (and patient) to explore what was a fairly complex (several possible root causes) problem. Ultimately, I had a much better understanding of how to resolve the issue. Thank you.
