Knowlagable and patient

The gentleman, I think his name is Mike, was exceptional. He went slowly, spoke very clearly and was just wonderful to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable with both Windows 10 and Mac OS Trojan.

In February, 2026, I inadvertently asked a question to askanexpert. Without realizing it, this created a charge. When I saw the charge on my credit card I called to cancel on March 5. The person I spoke with said the account was canceled, and I would receive a refund for the second month's (i.e. March) charge. (I realize it was my mistake and expected to pay the first month, February, charge.) However, the account was not canceled, I did not receive the promised refund, and I was charged a third monthly charge. Subsequently, I called askanexpert two more times. During the third call, April 9, my account was finally canceled, but she said no refund could be authorized. I believe I should not have to pay for monthly charges after my call (March 5) to cancel the account. Askanexpert owes me $110.
