First time I’ve used this company. My washer flooded the floor on Saturday morning! Phillip D walked me through possible problems and solutions, narrowing it down to two which were beyond my ability. So he gave me the LG number to call on Monday to get the replacement parts if needed from my plumber. However, my husband was able to do the job Phillip described to me, and he stopped the leak as Phillip had told me! Fantastic!!
