The tech answered all my questions and…now I have encoutered another problem
The tech answered all my questions and refered me to Sennheiser direct mainly because my equipment was analogue and digital and needed to be sorted out.

Sam was the best Technician
Sam was the best Technician. Ever. I have been on the phone for the last two days with different technicians from different companies. Nobody could help me. Sam took over. Guided me through what to do and he is the only one that got. The job done. Amazing man. Thank you so much. Just don't know how much I appreciate would have done for me. You're the best. Joe Netherland was wonderful
Joe Netherland was wonderful. He was very patient with someone who has no plumbing experience except cleaning a kitchen faucet filter out. Even though we couldn’t figure out everything wrong with the shower head we eliminated all the other possibilities it could have been. I would use this group again. Thanks again Joe!!
