David was great and very helpful

Nate solved my issue very quickly. Then I accidentally bumped my iPhone and cut off our connection. I was still talking with him and it was my mistake at ending our call. I was impressed at how quick he was at resolving this issue, which a previous advisor was unable to do.

Andrew was clearly expert, gifted at explaining every step clearly, and infinitely patient: he stayed online with me for 45 minutes, most of which I spent, with his guidance, "toggling" between our chat and my chat with the representative of Mint, the company with whom I was having the tech problem. Had Andrew not guided me about what to say and ask Mint, the problem might never have been solved. I've never dealt with a better online teacher than Andrew.
