Very fast in response time - faster than I could get answers for. Interesting how the chat box was so knowledgable, then was connected to a human tech, who then connected me back to a robot to schedule the tech to come to the house. It all went so smoothly. I was pleased with the service to say the least, especially since it is was a Sunday.

Dino was very knowledgeable and explained things very clearly. He was patient with my questions and followed up quickly.
