We always do our best to make things right, and we're truly sorry we fell short of your expectations. Regarding your coffee table, unfortunately, the remaining stock did not pass our final quality inspection, and the design has since been discontinued. Rather than deliver a piece that wasn't in perfect condition, we made the decision not to release it. However, we completely acknowledge that the delay and communication could have been handled much better. Regarding your sofa, we understand that some staining was noted upon delivery, and we're sorry about this as well. Our customer service team has been in touch with you directly, and we're actively working to address this and ensure it's taken care of appropriately. We genuinely value the trust our customers place in us, and your experience is certainly not a reflection of the standards we strive to maintain. We also offer a wider selection of off-catalogue fabrics and colors for customers looking for something more specific. Regarding the sample costs, our samples are prepared and shipped internationally, which contributes to the overall charges. We do our best to keep these costs reasonable while giving customers the opportunity to experience our materials before placing an order.
