Charges for color samples, plus freight
It's unfortunate that this company charges not only for their color samples - but also adds a crazy freight charge on top of it. I wanted to compare the colors to our new build home, and unlike most retailers that will ship you colors for free - and you pay freight - they charge $10/color, plus a $25 shipping free. In today's day and age that just seems crazy. I understand having to pay shipping, but to get a couple small color swatches just seems exorbitant. We ended up not loving the colors/quality so won't be moving forward with them.
