We ordered a dirt dumpster for a construction site. It was delivered on a different day to that arranged. We had an issue with the site and needed to extend the period or have it collected and redelivered two weeks later. We called every number we could find. We emailed every email address we could find. We spoke to two people who called about our bill and they promised to have someone contact us. We even called the number on the dumpster and were told we were not the customer so they could not help us. They said a broker of sorts was their customer. No one ever contacted us! We will start our project next week, May 4th. It will be interesting to see what happens from here.

Prompt great service

I ordered the unit online. I did not receive a confirmation notice. I called twice and was unable to speak with anyone. It just went to voicemail during business hours. I ordered a unit from a different company, and lo and behold ASAP brought one I no longer needed. I called them to pick it up immediately. Was told it would be. It was at the job site the entire time. Called at the end of the job and was made to feel like it was my fault that they delivered it and they would not refund me our money. I will never use them again. Reply to ASAP from their reply on 4/27 - I called 833-916-1277. I did have an email go to my spam folder. My complaint is that when I completed my request online, nothing was provided on the website showing it went through. There was just a notice stating I would be contacted shortly. It did not specify that I should look for an email. I did not receive any kind of a confirmation number either. Your system for advising people who request services online is flawed. When I did not receive a phone call, or see an email confirming my order, coupled with the fact that I had no real verification that you received my initial request I went with a company who actually answers the phone. As YOUR customer, I should not have to guess if you received my information. The unit did not even come from you. A contracted 3rd party sent the unit. They were even less help than ASAP. They are Diamond Environmental Services. I called them to pick up the unit and they said they would and never came. We should be refunded our money for such an inconvenience.

Excellent experience!

I was very pleased with the fast and prompt delivery and pickup in getting a dumpster delivered to our site. I was surprised to get a certified letter regarding this delivery on my property. I was informed that this was for the company to inform property owners in case of a 3rd party contractor that the owner is responsible for any problems. And that if all fees were paid I could disregard the letter. The contact with the office has been great and very friendly and polite. I am still waiting for a final pickup charge. Otherwise, it would be a 5 star service.

The driver that brought the dumpster was very friendly and helpful. The communication with the office staff was great and the pick up was great too, we had no idea they were even there! Would recommend to others and will use this company in the future. Thank you!

The company made it easy to order a roll of dumpster. Fast delivery, swapping out, and fast and easy pick up.

The unit was delivered very quickly and it was very clean, the schedule cleaning was always on time and well done. I am a very happy.
