Morning Rachel, My team is processing the non-delivery claim from Saturday. Upon that research a refund would be process as resolution assuming verification which is what the team is doing this early Monday morning. My apologies for any inconvenience. The removal work order is system generated as it was for an event rental so that generates over the weekend so that operations has it on their items to do on Monday when the office is back open.
