Knowledgeable and kind
Kristina was really nice over the phone, answered all of my questions, and emailed me right away with some information that needed a little further assistance on. I really appreciated her help and she made me feel secure in my decision to use ASAP services.

Expensive and bad service.
I’d order a 10 yrd roll of dumpster which they delivered on time. On a Tuesday The pick up schedule was for Friday the same week. I called them the next day after the delivery since it was ready for pick up. They didn’t showed up in the pick up schedule which was Friday. They picked it up Tuesday the next week. And i was needing that space for more dumpsters. And on top of that they charge me 75$ more. I didn’t get any call or email saying they were behind or anything like that. I won’t use their services again.

Fredy, I appreciate your feedback about your rental experience. I do see your order with a 2/4 pre-removal date per operations. I will look into the details regarding the delay and find out why and bring that to your attention as this is the first of the delay being reported. The $75 is the final removal fee as stated on your online order "A removal fee of $75 will apply once the unit is ready to be removed. A second invoice will be sent after the unit is removed and disposal is complete which will contain the removal fee and any applicable overage fees." Respectfully, Team ASAP
